2. Scope of processing

This website is an editorial publication. It has no user accounts, no login, no comment function, no newsletter and no shop. There is no tracking for advertising purposes and no profiling. Personal data is only processed to the extent technically necessary to deliver the pages you request.

3. Server log data

When you open a page, your browser transmits technical data that our hosting provider processes to deliver the site and keep it secure: IP address, date and time of the request, the page or file requested, HTTP status, referrer and browser/operating system information.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure, stable and error-free operation of the website. This data is not merged with other data sources and is not used to identify you.

4. Hosting

The site is hosted on the Lovable platform, which operates the servers and content delivery network that serve these pages, and processes the log data described above on our behalf as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR.

5. Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and embeds no third-party advertising or social media tracking pixels. Aggregated, non-advertising traffic statistics provided by the hosting platform may be used to understand how the site performs. No consent banner is shown because no consent-requiring cookies are used.

6. Web fonts

Typefaces used on this site are loaded via Google Fonts (Google Ireland Limited). When a page is loaded, your browser connects to Google servers, which receive your IP address. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in a consistent presentation of the site. Google's privacy information: policies.google.com/privacy.

7. External links

This site links to external sites such as LinkedIn and pallas-brandfare.com. Once you follow such a link, the data protection practices of the respective provider apply. We have no influence on their processing.

8. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, the data you send (your address and the content of your message) is processed to handle your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We keep such correspondence only as long as needed to answer it and to comply with statutory retention obligations.

9. Retention and deletion

Server log data is deleted or anonymised by the hosting platform after a short period, unless a specific incident requires longer retention for security or legal reasons. Email correspondence is deleted once it is no longer needed and no retention obligation applies.

10. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). To exercise these rights, contact us at the email address above. You may also revoke consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

11. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, usually the authority of your habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.

12. Data security

This site is delivered exclusively over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or manipulation.

13. Changes to this notice

We update this notice when the site changes or the legal situation requires it. The current version always applies.
